We hope you find our units at the Lookout in Ogunquit, Maine an attractive rental destination for your spring, summer or fall vacation. We have 2 units for rent. We have a one bedroom ocean view unit, with 2 full bathrooms, which can each accommodate 4 or 5 comfortably. We also have a two bedroom unit with 2 full bathrooms and a large living room, which can accommodate up to 6 people. We recently sold the 1BR Ocean Beach view listed above.
All of the units have been recently remodeled. All have outside decks with patio furniture, and have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The kitchens are fully equipped. All units have ocean views. There is a more complete description along with pictures under each condo listing.
The lobby and grounds of the Lookout have just recently been upgraded and the location is in the heart of Ogunquit.
The Lookout has a set of general rules which are linked here. However a few basic rules follow.
There is no smoking allowed in the units. No pets are allowed. There is parking for 2 cars per unit. No barbeques are permitted on the decks, but there is an outside common area for this purpose. No clothing or towels are allowed to be hung over the deck railings.
We generally will rent for a minimum of one week minimum in peak summer season. Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
Our policy is to receive a 50% deposit to reserve the unit. When we receive the deposit, we will send you a receipt and contract for your stay. The balance of the rental amount, along with a 7% state sales tax will be due one month before your reservation date. Once we receive the balance, we will mail the keys to you about 2 weeks before your arrival date.
It is necessary for us to mail you the keys, as the Lookout office does not give out the keys when you arrive. However, it will be necessary for you to go to the Lookout office upon arrival to check in and give management your name and car registration numbers. Parking passes will be either in your unit, or at the office. If you arrive late, or if for some reason the office is not occupied, there should be a note on the office door posting when management will return. If you still have a problem getting the passes, you can call the manager, Arthur,at 207-646-8312.

Winter rental available in our one bedroom condo starting Oct 1, 2013
Fully furnished. Please reference menu above for a description and pictures of the one bedroom ocean view.
The Ocean view rents for $700 a month. Heat and cable TV are included in the price. The only expense for the renter, besides the rent,is electricity.
We require first and last month rent, and a $500 security deposit.
